WHO WE ARE
The Humane Society of Caroline County is a 501(c)3 non-profit voluntary organization dedicated to the humane treatment and improving the welfare of animals. We exist solely by the donations of time, money and adoption fees. We do not receive federal, state or local tax dollars. Our organization is run by the principles that every life has value and is worthy of respect and protection. We believe that animals contribute positively to the health, happiness, and quality of human life. We wish to serve both animals and people by strengthening the human-animal bond as we build a more humane community. Our mission is to provide positive actions and solutions to all animal related concerns.
