Humane Society of Caroline County

The Caroline County Humane Society held their first Annual Golf Tournament on Friday, May 15, 2009 at the Pendleton Golf Course. We want to give special recognition to Tanisha Wimmer for organizing and coordinating the event. In addition, we would like to thank our sponsors: Evan’s Heating & Air, LLC, B & H Site Improvements, Inc., G.H. Watts Construction, Inc., Farmer Surveys, Rappahannock Electric Cooperative, Ladysmith Tobacco, Farmer Construction, and D & J Meats. Andy Farmer’s donation of the Jimmy Buffett & the Coral Reefer band concert tickets enabled us to raise more funds to use in our efforts to help all animals. The winner of the tickets was Jody Canard: “Congratulations Jody!” Our mission is to provide assistance for pets in need and the success of this event will help tremendously. We would like to thank everyone who participated in the golf tournament. We also want to thank the community for their continued support of the Humane Society of Caroline County. Without your support, we could not provide the much needed services we do.
