Sammy
This is Trish enjoying
her new puppy
Sammy! This was one of two puppies
Kevin Wightman found abandoned
along the roadside. Thanks to
Kevin
these pups were given their shots,
treated, and bathed. The HSCC
assisted in finding both puppies loving
homes!

Gordon & Guinevere Unterbrink raised $250.00 + for the Humane Society. These two wonderful children had a birthday party and in lieu of bringing gifts, guests were asked to make a donation to the HSCC.. These two kids gave unselfishly to us and we will forever remember and cherish meeting them! |
Jade

Jade was adopted into her forever home in December 2007. She did find that wonderful family!
Jade loves to have her picture taken! Her nose seems to go a mile a minute! Jade gets along with other dogs (we don't really know about cats yet). She will go to the door to go out but she doesn't make any noise to let you know. Jade needs patience and love and a forever home that will treat her like one of the family. She is very friendly around people, trying to get the world to pet and pay attention to her! Jade is a young adult.

Snowball
"Snowball" is a little darling female chuhuahua/mix. She was also born on March 17, 2007 and spayed on September 20, 2007. Snowball was adopted to her forever home in January, 2008.

Maggie
And this is Maggie! Maggie came to us with with a laceration on her neck, an upper respiratory infection, heartworm positive and very thin. An abandoned hunting dog more than likely, Maggie's foster parents fell in love with her and adopted her. Seeing her now, as opposed to when she came in, is like night and day. Maggie is truely happy and lives the life of a dog well loved. |
Jake
Look at our Jake!
He is a snorting, grunting loveable little guy! It was wonderful seeing Jake go to his forever home where he wouldn't have to move around anymore and be with a wonderful family. Why? Because just like them all, Jake was wonderful! |
Tiki Bear came to us from a woman that was moving from her home to assisted living. She was very concerned for him and wanted to make sure that Tiki had a very, very special home. Thanks to Tiki's Foster Mom and friend and fellow Humane Society member, Heather, Tiki went to his forever home October 7, 2007. Here he is with his new mom, Kimberly. |
These two babies needed to find a forever home as soon as possible. Caroline Humane boarded them for a couple of days due to lack of foster homes. They are now living with a wonderful family, together, in their forever home that loves them very much.

Yoda
This little Chinese Crested/Yorkie/Whatever mix was another that needed a home pretty quick.
This little cutie found a home with his forever family and is happily enjoying being the pampered pooch! His new family insisted on updating him on all of his shots, heartworm medication and frontline saving the Humane Society the cost. |
Daisy Belle Daisy Belle is such a wonderful successful story. She found her forever home from the people that convinced her that there is a better life then being a stray. Daisy had a tumor that had to be removed. Caroline Humane helped Daisy get better.

Lady
Lady, another malnourished sickly little beagle, needed medical treatment, shots and a loving home. The Humane Society took care of this sweet little girl's medical needs, and a very fine gentleman adopted her to take care of loving her. Another hunting dog that has found love as opposed to living in an outdoor crowded pen or roaming in the woods starving. |
Miss Elle
Elle with her new family and her sister, Fancy.

Harley
Nemo (aka Harley) came to his foster mom as just a tiny kitten. His foster mom and dad have become his forever home. Harley was sick when coming to us. Now, he is almost a big guy now and full of energy and love! Harley is now in his forever home with his foster mom and dad.

Simone
Simone went to her wonderful forever home. Her new parents said "We are really glad that we got her. She is adjusting well." As you can see, Simone's new bed is with her parents. Hmmm, wonder where they are going to sleep! |

Henry was found by a wonderful couple that could not keep him but did all that they could to find his owners. After several weeks, the Humane Society was called for assistance. We only had "a little" trouble placing Sir Henry. Just a little. There were many people that wanted him. Wonder why? |
Clifford
Clifford now lives very happily and content with his foster mom! |
