The Humane Society of Caroline County obtains most of its funding from Fund Raisers held thoughout the year. Recent events include a "Spay"ghetti dinner & dance, yard sale, Dog Days of Summer food and music festival, golf tournament and dog show. Your participation in these events is a great opportunity for fun, laughter and a belly full of great food. Check the HSCC website often so you don't miss out on these great family events.
Money Donations
The Humane Society of Caroline County gladly accepts monetary donations. If you are planning on giving a donation of money, and your not already a member, you may want to consider becoming one. The membership form and details can be found here. Donations checks can always be mailed to HSCC, P.O. Box 75, Ruther Glen, Virginia 22546. We will pick up your donation if you like. Just give us a call at 804-867-7534. For those who would like to help right now, the HSCC has set up an account with PayPal. This is a fast, easy and secure way to donate using your credit card, debit card, PayPal account or checking account. No matter how you give, rest assured that each dollar you donate is being used to provide care and assistance to animals in need.

The Humane Society of Caroline County provides plenty of opportunities to volunteer your time. The HSCC organizes numerous events throughout the year and can always use an extra hand to prepare, set-up, staff and manage the events.

Food for Pets
The Humane Society of Caroline County's Food for Pets 
program has been an incredible success. Donations of dog and cat food (dry and moist) are distributed primarily to the elderly and others in financial need who are having a difficult time providing food for their pets. Please help us by donating pet food (broken bags gladly accepted). We will be glad to pick up the food or it may be dropped off at the Caroline County Department of Planning and Community Development between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. Please Contact us if you need help in arranging a pick up or drop off of pet food.
