Ladysmith Day

"Hello and thank you for your interest in Ladysmith Day! Ladysmith Day was founded in 2009 to foster a greater sense of community within all of Ladysmith, increase patronage of local businesses, and to let the rest of the area know who we are! The Ladysmith Day Street Festival will be held Saturday, May 22nd, 2010, between 10 am and 5 pm, in the Ladysmith Business Park! A 5k/10k run will be held that morning, and an 'After Hours' event will be held that evening, at the main stage. This year, the event will be bigger and better, with many upgrades and additional entertainment. Please look at the Ladysmith Day website for information on the event!"

In addtion to having a booth set up throughout the day, the Humane Society of Caroline County will be hosting the After Hours event from 5:30 pm through sundown (around 9 pm). We will be selling hot dogs, hamburgers and italian sausages. Chenault Veterinary Service will be providing free pet tags at the booth during the day.

The After Hours event will include:
-DJing by Richard Green
-The band Runnin' Hot
-Caroline Moose Lodge #2610 will be selling beer on tap
-The Humane Society of Caroline will be selling food
